山東裝載機油缸使用注意事項

裝載機油缸必須嚴格按技術要求安裝，不得有任何松動，進出油口接頭之間必須加上密封圈并緊固好，以防漏油。裝載機油缸在使用時應該注意一下幾點：

1、為了防止活塞桿等細長件彎曲或變形，放置時應用墊木支承均衡。拆卸時應防止損傷活塞桿頂端螺紋、油口螺紋和活塞桿表面、缸套內(nèi)壁等。

2、油缸安裝面與活塞的滑動面，應保持一定的平行度和垂直度。

3、油缸中心線應與負載力的作用線同心，以避免引起例向力。否則密封體或活塞易磨損。

4、活塞桿端銷孔應與耳環(huán)銷孔(或耳軸)方向一致，否則油缸將受以耳軸為支點的彎曲負載，產(chǎn)生磨損、卡死等現(xiàn)象。

5、在行程較大、環(huán)境溫度較高的場合，油缸只能一端固定，另一端保持自由伸縮狀態(tài)，以防熱脹而引起缸體變形。

6、行程較大的油缸，應在缸體和活塞桿中部設置支承，以防自重產(chǎn)生向下彎曲現(xiàn)象。

7、拆卸時應按順序進行。由于各種液壓缸結構和大小不盡相同，拆卸順序也稍有不同。一般應放掉油缸兩腔的油液，然后拆卸缸蓋，最后拆卸活塞與活塞桿，卸卸前后要設法創(chuàng)造條件防止液壓缸的零件被周圍的灰塵和雜質(zhì)污染。
