濟(jì)南裝載機(jī)液壓油粘度如何判定？

濟(jì)南裝載機(jī)液壓油質(zhì)量直接影響著裝載機(jī)的正常工作，在選擇液壓油的時(shí)候一定要注意液壓油的質(zhì)量，液壓油粘度過低會(huì)使零部件摩擦嚴(yán)重，粘度過高會(huì)導(dǎo)致啟動(dòng)困難及油泵吸油不良，以確保機(jī)械的正常運(yùn)行。那么應(yīng)該如何判斷液壓油的粘度呢？

1、玻璃板傾斜法：取一塊干凈的玻璃板，將其水平放置，并將被測液壓油滴一滴在玻璃上，同時(shí)在旁邊再滴一滴標(biāo)準(zhǔn)液壓油，然后將玻璃板傾斜，并注意觀察：如果被測油液的流速和流動(dòng)距離均比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液大，則說明其粘度比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液低，反之，則說明其粘度比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液高。

2、玻璃瓶倒置法：將被測的液壓油液與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液分別盛在兩個(gè)大小和長度相同的透明玻璃瓶中，再用塞子將兩瓶口堵上。將兩瓶并排放置在一起，然后同時(shí)迅速將兩瓶倒置。如果被測液壓油在瓶中的氣泡比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液在瓶中的氣泡上升得快，則說明油液的粘度比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液粘度低，反之，則說明油液粘度比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液粘度高；若兩種油液氣泡上升的速度接近，則說明粘度也相似。
