如何正確操作裝載機離合器

離合器是機械式傳動裝載機中易損壞的關鍵部件之一，正確使用妥善保養，可以延長其使用壽命。如使用不當，容易導致發生故障。離合器在使用過程中，由于零件的不斷磨損，特別是離合器從動盤上摩擦片的磨損，都會改變分離杠桿與分離軸承端面的間隙，此間隙過大會造成踏板踩到底也分離不開；間隙過小會產生分離軸承始終隨分離杠桿轉動，而很快地燒壞或磨損。此外在使用過程中，由于三個分離杠桿變形、磨損的不同，會造成三個分離杠桿不同在一個與花鍵軸垂直的平面內，也就使得離合器分離不徹底，換檔困難、很快會將變速器的換檔齒輪打壞。離合器分離不徹底也加速摩擦片的磨損，降低離合器的使用壽命。

1、離合器分離時間不宜過長，一般不超過15-20秒；

2、不要用離合器半分離的方法來控制車速，以免摩擦片和分離軸承迅速磨損。同時，在行駛時，不要把腳放在離合器踏板上。
