濟南裝載機配件的沖洗事項

第一：一般使用最多500個小時或是大約三個月就要檢查和更換油濾。

如果要是系統中使用到電液伺服閥，伺服閥的沖洗板要使油液能從供油管路流向集流器，并直接返回油箱，這樣可以讓油液反復流通，以沖洗系統，讓油濾濾掉固體顆粒，沖洗過程中，每隔1～2小時要檢查一下裝載機配件的油濾，以防油濾被污染物堵塞，此時旁路不要打開，若是發現油濾開始堵塞就馬上換油濾。
