裝載機磕斗是怎么回事？

裝載機在裝卸物料時，往往因物料黏附在鏟斗內(nèi)底板上很難傾卸干凈，甚至會越黏越多。當山東裝載機作業(yè)量大時，若不將黏附的物料磕掉，將減少鏟斗裝卸總量，增加功率消耗和使用成本，影響用戶經(jīng)濟效益。為了將黏附的物料磕掉，操作者需要操縱手柄讓轉(zhuǎn)斗缸快速動作(即快速翻轉(zhuǎn)鏟斗)，使鏟斗后底部的限位塊快速撞擊動臂縱梁，用此時產(chǎn)生的強烈振動振掉鏟斗內(nèi)底板上黏附的物料，這一操作過程被稱為“磕斗”。
