裝載機(jī)的制動系統(tǒng)詳解

1.制動液的加注

2.制動液中氣體的排除。制動液中混入氣體會影響制動性能。在更換零件下、清洗系統(tǒng)后要進(jìn)行排氣。

3.工作壓力調(diào)整。出廠時，壓力已作調(diào)整。使用后，若氣壓小于0.68·0.7MPa，應(yīng)作調(diào)整。將壓力控制器的調(diào)整螺栓順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)，壓縮彈簧，使壓力達(dá)到0.68~0.7MPa，將螺母鎖緊。若氣壓過高，則作相反的調(diào)整。

4.制動性能檢查。制動性能的好壞關(guān)系著運行的安全性和效率，經(jīng)過拆修的 制動系統(tǒng)應(yīng)檢查制動性能是否處于良好狀態(tài)。在平直、干燥的水泥路面上以24km/h速度行駛，用腳制動時其制動距離不大于9m。以30km/h速度行駛，點試制動，應(yīng)迅速出現(xiàn)制動現(xiàn)象，且不偏跑。
